SOUND MEDITATION for deep theta rest and recalibration

Welcome! My name is Travis, and it’s truly a pleasure to welcome you into the experience.

The primary instruments guiding the experience are Nepalese singing bowls and gongs, while additional healing instruments are thoughtfully layered throughout the session to deepen the immersion.

As your body begins to relax, many people naturally drift into a light theta state — that space between meditation and deep rest where the nervous system can truly settle.

The Gong and Nepalese Singing Bowls in particular, can lead the brain to the theta state in as little as 90 seconds.

The theta state helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to foster rest, reduce stress, and express more of your fullest potential.

What happens during your sound meditation session?

Your sound meditation begins as you lie comfortably, supported by thoughtful details including a silk sleep eye mask, plush pillow, and a gently weighted sheet for deeper relaxation.

During your sound resonance session, your mind will remain conscious as you experience complete relaxation of your body. This, in turn, will disconnect you from your external world, allowing you to connect with your inner peace.

I integrate a variety of healing instruments that I have studied and experienced over the years into each session, facilitating the beginning of one’s journey toward self-discovery.

This release is done gently and easily.
